Tomato and Cannellini Bean Salad
A fast and easy starter for any meal.Ingredients:
18 mixed large cherry tomatoes (large cherry size), sliced in half.
1 carton of Jack's Quality Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cups of fresh basil leaves, torn
1/2 lemon, zest only
1/2 teaspoon saltDirections:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and let sit at room temperature for a least 1-3 hours.
